What is a Home Inspection?
A home inspection is a visual non-destructive examination of the systems and structure of a home, from the roof to the foundation. Having a home inspected is similar to getting a physical check-up. If a major problem is discovered, the inspector may recommend further evaluation. A home inspection is not a warranty but a method to assist you in understanding the condition of your new home.
How long will it take?
In most cases, an average inspection takes between 2 to 3 hours depending on the size, condition and age of the property.
